Children up to 4 years old FREE on the guardian's lap. To use an accent you will have to pay as normal.

CHANGES:

High season: Changes only 72 hours in advance, noting that any changes requested by the customer will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.

Low season: Changes only 48 hours in advance, noting that any change requested by the customer will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.

EMBRATUR CANCELLATION RULES Normative Deliberation No. 161/95 Embratur:

• Cancellation means canceling the trip and/or contracted service as well as changing dates, expressed in writing (letter or e-mail).

Cancellation rules will be applied according to the following percentages of the total value of the package (consider business days):

LOW SEASON AND HIGH SEASON:

• 24 hours from Check-in = 30% NO SHOW

• Withdrawal without cancellation (no show): Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

• Withdrawal after the start of the service: Withdrawal for any reason WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT, resulting in total loss of the amount paid.
