Learn how to make a perfect artisanal Tiramisù by starting to bake your cookies until the final flavor. Your Tiramisù class will teach you all the secrets to making this incredible and delicious dessert from the base to a step-by-step process where you will be a chef, not a spectator. First, you will be introduced to the world of Gelato, tasting several incredible flavors and learning about the differences between ice cream, sorbet (water-based gelato) and gelato. After training your palate to quality ingredients, we will walk 3 minutes to the cooking class location and be fully immersed in the world of Tiramisù, learning the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye for freshness and organically produced foods. Then you will receive an apron and you will be ready to make, with your hands, but under the supervision of a chef, your Tiramisù. This lesson will be approximately 1.5 hours long and will take place in an authentic laboratory of a real Tiramisù shop owned by a professional chef. Meanwhile, you will learn how to make water-based gelato (artisanal Italian sorbet) with fresh, seasonal fruits. At the end of the class, you will have samples of your Tiramisù, especially your creations, and you will receive the recipes to make again when you return home.
